Townhomes & Condos $100,000-$200,000 on the map.
Riverview recent sales.
This is the entry point for owning in Riverview. The range is mostly two-bedroom townhomes and three-bedroom, two-bath condos in communities built from the late 1990s through the 2010s, many with a community pool and the exterior upkeep handled by the association. This page lists every Riverview townhome and condo for sale from $100,000 to $200,000.
Ownership comes first. With a condo, you own the inside of the unit and share the building and land. With most townhomes, you own the unit and the lot beneath it. That difference decides who insures what: a condo owner usually carries an HO-6 policy for the interior, while a townhome owner may need coverage for the whole structure. Get a quote before you make an offer, because insurance can change the monthly payment as much as a price cut would.
Low prices often come with higher dues. At this price, the association fee can be a large share of the payment. Find out whether it covers the roof, exterior paint, building insurance, water or cable, and whether the home also pays a CDD on the tax bill.
Have your lender check the community early. An FHA loan on a condo needs an approved project or a single-unit approval, a VA loan needs a VA-approved project, and a community with unpaid dues or a high share of rentals can narrow your loan options. If a condo doesn’t qualify, I’d rather you learn that before the inspection money is spent.
Homes in this range come up most often in:
Mostly two-bedroom townhomes with two and a half baths and three-bedroom condos with two baths. Single-family homes rarely reach this range in Riverview, apart from manufactured homes on their own land.
It depends on the community. FHA needs an approved project or a single-unit approval, and VA needs a VA-approved project. Ask your lender to check before you make an offer.
It depends on the association’s master policy and the flood zone. Read the master policy to see what it covers, then have your insurance agent quote an HO-6 policy to fill the gaps. Flood coverage is a separate policy.
